Meet Instructor, Veronica!
Veronica has been a part of the SPENGA family since 2018, first as a member and then as an instructor.
Veronica loves the ever changing SPENGA format and fresh challenge each day brings. She especially enjoys connecting with the members and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
When she's not working or working out, you can find her at home cuddling with her dog Georgia (and possibly her husband, Mike).

- She likes all snacks; but, would choose salty over sweet.
