SPENGA CREW Spotlight: Lauren
Lauren has been with SPENGA since they first opened, instructing at the original location in Mokena and Downers Grove. She loves to make the members WERK for it with her funky playlists and beat drops and rewards each session with an equally challenging, yet ahhhh-mazing, yoga sesh.
When not at SPENGA, Lauren is photographing couples in love all over the country. More importantly, she's probably on her next big adventure with her husband Wes, her one year old son Odin, and her two dogs Tumalo and Rogue.
Loves: brewery hangs, cold brew coffee in the summer and taco (margarita) night any day of the week.
